- Bulingan Falls is probably the most popular waterfall in Basilan province due to its accessibility; so more people are visiting this waterfall, they take photos and create social media buzz. Although far from the city center, a road was constructed to pave the way for tourism. You don't need to trek because the road terminates at the entrance of the waterfall park.
